By accessing or using the website at sosmaidstudios.com or engaging any services provided by Sosmaid Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Sosmaid Studios services.
Sosmaid Studios offers the following services:
The scope of each project or service will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
All project pricing is provided in a formal proposal or quotation. Prices are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or USD (US Dollars) depending on your location.
Payments are accepted via Midtrans for Indonesian clients and Stripe for international clients. Both platforms offer secure, encrypted payment processing.
For project-based work, a deposit (typically 50% of the total project fee) may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as agreed in your proposal.
Template purchases are processed immediately. Once a digital template has been delivered or made available for download, the purchase is non-refundable. Please review template previews and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all final design deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. This includes logo files, brand assets, and agreed deliverables.
Sosmaid Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you have requested confidentiality in writing before project commencement.
Templates purchased from our store are licensed for single business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share template files with third parties. Each purchase covers one business entity.
Concepts, drafts, and preliminary designs that are not selected or paid for remain the property of Sosmaid Studios.
Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds, as specified in your project proposal or service description. Revisions must relate to the original agreed brief.
Revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted and charged separately at our current hourly or per-revision rate. Significant changes to the original brief may be treated as a new scope of work.
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@sosmaidstudios.com. Deposits are non-refundable. If work has commenced beyond the deposit stage, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or payment within a reasonable timeframe, or if the project scope changes significantly from the original agreement.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for service-based work where no deliverables have been produced. Digital template sales are non-refundable once delivered.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. Sosmaid Studios will not share your business information, strategies, or materials with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
Sosmaid Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our deliverables. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by client failure to provide timely feedback, materials, or approvals.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
